Questions?

We know asking for help can be difficult. If you have questions about what to bring, how the pantry works, or anything else, please reach out. You can email unadillafoodpantry@gmail.com or call (607) 267-5602. We’re happy to walk you through the process and make your first visit as easy and welcoming as possible.

Clients must provide ID and proof of residence (utility bill for example) in the 13849 zip code and/or the Unadilla area of the Unatego School District.

Clients may visit the food pantry once a month. The amount of food provided depends on the number of persons living at the residence.

Upon arrival, clients sign in and are then escorted through the pantry by a volunteer.  We offer food based on client choice.  As members of the Regional Food Bank, we follow their guidelines for number of choices in each food group.  Food choices vary month to month based on availability.

Clients who are unable to get to the food pantry may fill out and sign a designation form giving a friend or relative permission to pick up their food for them.

Each January we ask clients to provide proof of residence. Utility bills are recommended.

Client Order Forms

Client order forms are available upon arrival at the Pantry or can be downloaded below to fill out in advance. Be sure to use the form that matches your family size — it lists how much of each item you can receive.

If someone else is picking up food for you, a designee form is also available at the pantry or for download. Your designated person must bring this signed form when they come to pick up your food.
