A Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP) Coordinator can tell you if you may be eligible for SNAP as well as assisting with the application process.

Child Care Support Services – works as a bridge between parents, providers, and employers in the communities if Otsego County. Its mission is to improve the quality, accessibility and affordability of child care in the region and help families secure the child care they need.
